This picture of the relationship between man and God is one that will always be deeply impactful to me. There are a million ways to dissect this image, but I attempted to capture the essence of what it would be like to witness this from the perspective of the disciples who stayed in the boat; witnessing their close friend walk on water, begin to drown, and then be saved by God Himself in the flesh.

Composed for full orchestra, I had the privilege of having this read by an orchestra assembled at The Juilliard School as part of my studies in the Evening Division. The recording below is that reading.
